Mike Stark has held roles with Last-mile logistics provider Home Delivery Link as president and chief operating officer. Previous to that post he was president of the domestic logistics division of Pacer International. He has more than 30 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics and retail management. Prior to his post at Pacer, Stark was managing partner of Consolidation Partners LLC, a consulting firm focused on the cultural and operational integration of companies. Earlier, he was president of Weber Logistics, Road Link Warehouse and VSR Logistics. His expertise includes competencies in developing a vision and strategy, startups, acquisitions, mergers, turnarounds, capital acquisition, cultural integration, talent management, team alignment, brand management, customer relationship management, revenue and profit enhancement and working with private equity partners in the acquisition and integration of portfolio companies.
